Water Crossing, commissioned in 2002 by Norfolk Chamber Consort clarinetist F. Gerard Errante, is a piece for clarinet and prerecorded electronic soundscape. The concept of the album is to provide a more interesting alternative to "doctor's office" music, with pieces that are soothing yet not brain-dead. Root canal will be almost enjoyable. Almost.
